Captained my Hampton team, coached varsity girls at a Manhattan private school for five years. Training girls 8–18 is all I do.
Girls get coached differently and usually worse — talked over, under-challenged, then blamed for playing timid. My gym is the opposite: high standards, loud encouragement, and film so they can see their own progress. I also help families navigate the school and AAU landscape when asked.
