Trainurz-approved
Every profile on Trainurz is read and approved by a person before it appears anywhere. That's a human review of the page — not a background check.
Identity-verified — through Stripe
To get paid, every bookable trainer completes Stripe's payout onboarding, which includes Stripe's own identity verification. Stripe runs that check; Trainurz never sees or stores anyone's ID documents.
The Verified badge
A separate, optional review of a trainer's uploaded credentials — granted by Trainurz, never self-assigned.

Upload credentials
The trainer adds their certificates to their profile — the same documents you can open and read yourself.

Trainurz reviews
We look at what was uploaded and check it is what it claims to be.

Badge granted
The badge is applied by Trainurz, never self-assigned, and can be removed if something stops checking out.
What it is not
Verified is a credentials review — not a background check. Identity verification happens separately, through Stripe, when a trainer sets up payouts. And a badge is never a substitute for your own judgment: read the trainer's documents, their reviews, and talk to them before you book.
Reviews on Trainurz come only from real, paid sessions — they can't be bought or faked.
