Played my college ball at Montclair State, coach varsity-track girls across Essex County. High-volume shooting sessions with real coaching between reps.
I run the kind of shooting workout you'd get at a college practice: game locations, game footwork, and a rep count you can feel the next day. Between sets we talk spacing — where the shot comes from matters as much as the form. Most of my players are high-school girls pushing for varsity or college looks; boys train with me too.
