Grew up in the Swedish academy system, finished my career at LIU. I teach the reads behind the moves, not just the moves.
Every drill I run has a decision inside it — read the defender's hips, pick the counter, live with the result. We play a lot of 1-on-1 with constraints because games are decided in small spaces. Best fit: serious teens and adult league players who want to think the game faster.
