The modern big has to do three things: screen and roll hard, finish through contact, and guard in space — that's the whole curriculum. We work drop coverage footwork, duck-ins, and short-roll reads with a live guard whenever I can bring one. If you're a guard, I'm not your trainer, and I'll happily point you to someone who is.
